We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Due to hygiene and customisation concerns related to wigs, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:

• You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

• The wig must not be worn, tried on, or altered in any way (e.g. cut lace, styling, washing, dyeing).

• The wig must be in its original condition, with the lace intact, and all original packaging and tags included.

• The wig must be odor-free and free from any hair products, makeup, or signs of use.

• Due to hygiene regulations, any wig that appears used, styled, or altered cannot be returned or refunded

• To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 10 working days.

• The refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.

Responsibility

• We accept no responsibility for any delays or damage during the transit of returned items.

• We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if you have any problems.
