We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with estimated transit times of 6 to 9 days for most regions and up to 14 days for select destinations.

Returning your order can be done in three easy steps:
Step 1: Send an email to info@shesatrophy.com with the subject: 'Return Request [order number].' Attach photos of the product and explain the reason for the return. We will review your request. If approved, we’ll send you a return form.
Step 2: Fill out the return form you received.
Step 3: Send your order back.
Ship the product along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. You are responsible for the shipment, so make sure to include a Track & Trace code to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 4: Receive your refund.
Processing time of the refund will vary between different payment providers.
